Lincoln Cathedral

We caught the train over to Lincoln today to see Daniel's holy place of work; the cathedral. We were very honoured to climb up to the roof of the cathedral and view the space from such a height. What an inspirational environment to work in....... there certainly are lots of stain glass windows to keep you busy restoring. We look forward to seeing your work take shape at our house.

Halloween Wishes

We have just returned home from a week away in Norfolk!

AUTUMN 2009

Autumn is with us once again, inspiration for colour is at it's best; olive green, frost green, burnt yellow, brown, antique rose and deep plum.

The pumpkin's in grandma's garden are amazing, the children are already sketching new faces for 'Mr pumpkin'

I am very excited about purchasing a dutch bicycle, Hugo and I will soon be able to discover secret places. Enjoy autumn, stay warm, inspired and alive!

Stuff of Life

hi, I've been really busy unpacking yet more boxes, painting and collecting spiders with the children in our garden! What a great garden we have, it has been well worth the move. Great to see so much wildlife and see the little ones run freely. Can't wait for all the fruit to blossom next year.

Yorkshire Sculpture Park Show

Hello! It has been a long, long time since I have posted, we have been really busy moving house. I have a new show and a new collection of screen prints on show at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park from 7th September until the end of October. Pop up Store, Lambs Conduit Street, London

hey, it's been some time since I last posted. I have been busy with the tape again, Mr Rabbit made an appearance on the window of CUBE http://www.cubecompany.com/ The pop up store opens on 21st July for one month only, open 11am-7pm Monday - Friday. The store also showcases my new collection of screen prints alongside the autumn / winter collection by universal works http://universalworks.co.uk I have also collaborated with universal works on a range of limited edition t-shirt prints specifically designed for the event. More of my designs will also appear in the spring/summer 2010 collection.

Yorkshire

We visited West Yorkshire for a few days. Hugo discovered the hidden treasure of potatoes in granny's garden and scrubbed his findings one by one for tea, the simple joys of life!

childrens festival

Feed your families creativity at the childrens festival - lakeside arts festival. Bursts of colour,soothing light and relaxation was found in the luminaire structure, which seemed to be endless....We adopted two interplanterory exchange students http://www.maisonfoo.com and spent the rest of the afternoon making mini works of art.

findings

we spent a few restful days in yorkshire. the sun was shining, shadows were dancing, colours were melodic. days in the park, adventures on the spinning tea cup and saucer and evenings spent collecting rusty treasure in our buckets.

past times

our Easter vacation is over.... we climbed hills in Derbyshire in search of ChoColate!!! we relived the past at Belton House, we gathered sketches and discovered mini beasts at Attenborough.

I am now away for a few days in London, installing my illustration for Converse. Watch this space for further details on the launch of my new screen prints. cheerio x
